Because the health of every Forum is determined by the Forum moderator’s skill as a facilitator and their mastery of Forum protocol and key concepts, the Forum Moderator Development workshop is a prerequisite for all incoming moderators.
Roni, a highly skilled Certified Forum Facilitator, offers either a 10 hour, one-day workshop for a maximum of 8 participants or a 15 hour, overnight workshop, for a maximum of 10 participants.
Members, spouses and partners immerse themselves in advanced facilitation skills, identify tools and techniques that will enhance the Forum experience and share best practice with other incoming moderators. You will leave with a better grasp of your role, tools to help you lead your Forum to greater growth and depth, and a clearer understanding of the importance of this critical role.
