About Roni

Roni Witkin is a certified Forum Facilitator (since 1991), and a Forum and Moderator Development Facilitator. She has been a YPO spouse since 1985.

Roni has a passion for Forum. She has trained and developed more than 10,000 Forum Members and Spouses in Chapters in over 50 countries. Widely acknowledged as a highly skilled specialist in all aspect of Forum development, training and facilitation, she has developed international ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops and materials, and is a regular YPO University resource. She has been the Forum lead at 15 GLCs.

She acquired and honed her skills and expertise over many years. After an early career lecturing in social work, Roni became a board director of a publicly quoted training company and co-authored ‘Face to Face: Year of the Customer’.

Utilising her psychological and organisational business development expertise, she then developed and delivered training programmes to corporates such as Mercedes-Benz, the BBC, Hilton International Hotels and British Airways.
