In a one-day Forum Fundamentals Workshop, Roni introduces members, spouses and partners to the essential Forum principles that guide how YPO members communicate and interact with each other. During the day, Roni enables the participants to experience a Forum meeting using the principles learned.

Forum Fundamentals can be run as an open enrollment workshop but also be effectively used to launch new Forums.
